Even if you are the most regular person when it comes to working out, there are bound to be days when you miss a session or two. Or maybe you have changed your routine and want to remove an old workout from your history. Thankfully, Apple Health makes it easy to delete workouts that you no longer need.

What is Apple Health?

Apple Health is a built-in app on iOS that collects and stores health data from a variety of sources, including fitness apps, medical devices, and information inputted manually by the user. This data is used to provide insights and trends about the user’s overall health.

How to Delete a Workout on Apple Health?

If you need to delete a workout on Apple Health for any reason, you can do so easily by following these steps:

1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the “Health Data” tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select “Activity” from the list of data types.
4. Find the workout you want to delete, then tap and hold on it.
5. Tap “Delete Workout” when prompted.

Deleting a Workout from the Health App

If you mistakenly add a workout or if you no longer want a workout to appear in your Health app history, you can delete it. Keep in mind that deleting a workout can’t be undone, and your workout won’t be backed up to iCloud.

To delete a workout:

1. Open the Health app and tap the History tab.
2. Tap Edit in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the Delete button next to the workout you want to remove, then tap Delete Workout.

1. Tap the Workout tab.
2. Tap the workout that you want to delete, then swipe left.
3. Tap Delete.

Deleting a Workout from the Activity App

On your iPhone, open the Health app.
Tap the History tab, then tap Workouts.
Tap the workout that you want to delete, then swipe left and tap Delete.

Deleting a Workout from the Fitness App

On your iPhone, open the Health app. Tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner. Scroll down and tap Fitness > Workouts.

TapEdit, then do one of the following:
– To delete a workout, tap Delete > Delete.
– To delete all workouts, tap Clear All > Clear All.

Deleting a Workout from the Calorie Tracker App

If you want to delete a workout from the Calorie Tracker app, open the app and go to the Workouts tab. Find the workout you want to delete, then swipe left on it and tap Delete.

Deleting a Workout from the Steps App

When you delete a workout from the Steps app, it also deletes that workout from Apple Health.

To delete a workout:
1.Open the Health app and tap “Workouts.”
2.Tap the workout that you want to delete, then scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Workout.”
3.Tap “Delete” to confirm.

Deleting a Workout from the Weight App

When you delete a workout, it’s permanently removed from the Weight app and can’t be recovered.

To delete a workout:

– Open the Weight app and go to the Workouts tab.
– Tap the Workout that you want to delete, then tap Delete.
